Here's another image to share. Maybe it's just me, but the sensor in the 1DX combined with this lens is something that blew me away. The dynamic range is just astounding and I hardly did any post processing! I really enjoyed carrying the combo around.

So eoseij, you won't have any regrets with your lens. Congratulations to all the new purchasers of this lens as well!

I'll post more pictures when I get my new watermark ready. Right now, this will suffice...

Ok, went to take a few shots at 70mm earlier with the renowned 70-200 F2.8 II vs. the new 24-70 F2.8 II, so here it goes!

My personal opinions is that the new 24-70 II comes really close in terms of sharpness and contrast, perhaps the IS in the 70-200 II makes it a tad sharper, as I hand held both of these when I took the shot of the lotus.

Yup need to see performance at f2.8. You do know that even a consumer lens is acceptably sharp at f8....
