Our equipment is covered with insurance but there is an access to pay in case of claim (usual from insurance company). Wear and tear defects is bear by us but if user caused hirer have to bear. If the lens IS is not working due to some mechanical failure of the lens we will bear the repair cost. If Canon's feed back is there were impact causing the IS to mulfunction then hirer have to pay for the repair.
