1st of all, it's call "privilege purchase" & not buy back program. try going down to Customer Service Centre & talk to them about buy back, you are bound to get a blank stare..

Next. you need to find a canon camera, how you get it, it's up to your imagination..

and yes, you need to go down to harborfront Canon Customer Service Centre.

Most of the cameras in the list.. except DSLR till highest 500D for this moment.

does canon or any camera retailers here in sg have a buy back proram for dslr's? they give you a discount on new camera purchases when you sell back or trade in your old camera?

Yes, Canon has this " upgrade programme" whereby they offer their DSLR at and attractive price. Their offer is a fixed price and you have to give them a Canon product of any sort as long as photography related. The items they offer is limited.
I bought my Canon 50D through this programme.
