may i noe what is the lastes/best price for 430exII?thanks..
 

definitely a recent price rise for speedlite 580EXII, not sure why. i was just quoted S$750 from MS and S$780 from CP, both with GST. however, it was just 2 weeks ago that i was quoted $699 from both shops.

body only local warranty, as in country of sale.. lenses got international warranty but u need to register in country of sale... same for flashes i think...

edit: ok i can't find that info for flashes..anyone care to verify?

The last time I was told is, $650 for grey set, warranty by the shop, not local Canon. Now they say $650 for local set?

I suspect perhaps they got it cheap bundled with the 5D II package and decided to sell it off individually as local set.

Anyway, I'm doubtful of this shop. I know some people have praises for this shop in line with the other usual ones such as Cathay, J316, etc but I'd steer clear.

Dun like one of the guys there too. The one a bit crew cut with an unfriendly "cheat" look on his face. Sorry just my personal opinion on the shop as I don't have quite a good experience with them. If anyone has been a regular or received good stuffs from them, then pls carry on.

called canon sg to verified,all body is LOCAL WARRANTY by de country u buy!!!!flash,lens is international warranty.:thumbsup:

Don't think so. No EG-S or EG-D. It has been out of stock since day one and as soon as Canon Singapore brings in some stock, it is being snapped up immediately. You can go to Vivo city Canon to put your name on the waitlist. They will contact you when the stock comes in.

Get it from ebay. I got tired of waiting for BG-E6, LP-E6 and Eg-D. Got them all from this seller in Japan - "ogt-clan". Received all within a week. There is a Taiwan seller who sells a little bit cheaper - "Shueido". For the focusing screen only, there is no shipping charges. I think the price is around there. I paid as per below.

BG-E6 + 2x LP-E6 = USD420
Bg-D = USD41.90
Shipping , depends where you are.

What about updated price on 430EX II?

I just got email-reply from Alan-Photo, price 450sgd + gst. Kinda salty price? Or are the prices gone up again?

Yesterday i go to Alan=Photo they give me for 430EX II = S$490. cannot less, too expensive so i dont want to buy. Any recommendation shop?
