The colour and grain look great in the pictures. is because of the scanner? normally i shot at nite is a bit noise for 400 film and the colour always turn to yellowy.

Hmmm... not very pro is this but I think the yellow effect might be due to the lighting around you.
As you can see in this picture, the colour is quite yellow, due to the lighting:

Erm, I dont think the scanner has anything to do with the colour or grain because I scan them without any auto toning or grain removal etc.

The grainy effect could be because of your exposure was not spot on.
Like for this shot, I got quite a grainy one:

What lens are you using? All those shots I posted here are taken with Nokton 40mm/F1.4
