They are not hard to focus-just need to get to know the lens & compensate.

This lens is with DAG right now for CLA. US$170 ! Once I add shipping, etc.....:dunno:. Anyway, ordered a second B+W UV/IR filter that will take 6 weeks to arrive (special order). Camera23 calls this a Super Weapon. How true with the super prices. :sweat:

Where did you send yours too? In all, I tried 4 different techs in the US to compare their conversions.

I send to steve from camera-care because he promise me the work will take him 10 to 14 days maximum and DAG don't do RF couple for TV lens.

Yeah, my sister in the US had to call him, I had to wake up at 3am over 3 days to call him on 3 consecutive days! :angry: And he did the job in 2 days! What irks me is that he told me he could do it in less than 2 weeks *BEFORE* I sent the lens. If he had told 5 months and I still agreed to it, then it is fine.

FINALLY, "I'm very sorry for taking so long. First of all, I really didn't realize it was actually this long that I had your lens. I wish I wasn't so busy with just too many repairs for me to take on. And it's been like this for 20 years."

I had sent my lens before Gommy, telling Gommy about the Visoflex III conversion, and Gommy got his back before me! Go figure. Anyway, only 3 such lenses in the world and mine has absolutely no openings at the rear unlike the other two. :bsmilie:. Don does not like the way the lens line up, and I think my other Mint lens with breech mount which will go to an RFF user is better. Oh well......
