That's on cash terms, I suppose?

What if payment by CC on installment terms? Anybody knows what the surcharge will be? IF 5-7% then not much diff if getting from the big retail shops like HN, Best Denki and Courts (hopefully, with better Customer Service).

Probably might boil down to what freebies are being thrown. Anybody knows what MS Color is giving away?

lasttime i bought my 400D from them. Quite good customer service.

Freebies thrown in include 2GB CF card, Lens Book, Camera Bag and DVD discs.

But, they did not have the freebies with them yesterday, so need to go another day to collect.

Haven't had a chance to play with my new toy yet, but first impressions are good.

I like the way it looks (for me a gadget must look good also lah, besides also performing well). Big camera. Feels very robust. I think very similar size to my old film camera, the EOS 50E. Autofocus when testing at the shop was extremely fast.

Hope to use it soon. But have to work over the weekend so can't...:cry:

If not mistaken...only some EOS model (e.g: 400D, 40D....others not sure) that is purchased before 9 sept + extending the warranty (either through Comex or online registration) will be entitiled for the free 50mm lens... S$250 for 2 years...:thumbsup:

Walked past AMK hub today. MS has an advertisement board at the entrance which says $2099 for body only. $1899?

Any idea can they do 0% installment? How about Canon's own extended warranty? I feel like buying from Comex due to the extended warranty option. But I don't feel like paying the extra $200 just for that 80GB HDD and 1 extra pc of 2GB CF card.
