actually it appears that is a poor 100% crop segment... it seems to be at the OOF area of the image.

it would be better if the crop is at the sharpest focused point of the image.
 

10fps but buffer only 28 RAW???

I think they are just trying to show the noise. But for sure this IV's ISO 12800 beats the c**p out of my 5DII!

typically noise makes the image lose details, less sharp... if we can see the focused portion, it might show a better idea on how well it resolves details given ISO12800. i won't be surprised if it is decent with some processing.

My guess is that the write speed to card has improved, so can offset smaller buffer. But relatively speaking, its increased. The old MK3 is 10MP 30 RAW, the new is 16MP 28 RAW. Depends on how u look at it, relative terms or absolute terms :lovegrin::lovegrin:

i guess M-RAW or S-RAW would be faster
