Canon 10D focus adjustment

Thanks guys for the answer. Will definitely send in for calibration and cleaning b4 warranty runs out!!

I don't think Canon service center Singapore can do much other than sending my lens to factory for recalibration. In that case, I prefer to receiving a new replacement. It's not my fault to buy a back-focused lens. Canon should do an investigation in this case to evaluate the policy regarding calibrating/replacing back-focused 24-70L.

When I handed in my 24-70L today, there was no surprise expressed at all. The guy seemed to expect it. Very matter of fact. Told me 1-2 weeks, hopefully will get it back within that time. I don't really mind getting back the old lens or getting a new one, as long as it WORKS.

BTW I would assume that ALL 10D's are still under warranty, seeing as how it was launched only in March this year.
