Can someone help me with my password?

Hi can someone help me reset my password? Now I am using my laptop which has my password stored, but I cannot remember my password and I used the reset password command but it doesnt send a new password to me. :cry:

Check your Hotmail Junk folder - sometimes email from ClubSNAP domain ends up there. Try resetting your password again.
