Can I get my money back?

Because I know in US, if I happen to buy a product with fault, I can return it and get my money back. I just want to know whether I can enjoy the service in Singapore. I think it is no relationship with how well you know the flash tech.
First, thank you to Steetshooter, thanks to your hint. But I am really feel angry with the quality of Canon. I am a die-hard Canon fan. But now, I am really disppointed.
