Since this is pseudo-HDR image, first I create 3 files with different exposure from single image, use tone mapping-detail enhancer with following setting (the value around this range):
Strength: 70-80
Saturation: 50-60
Luminosity: 3-4
Light Smoothing: Very High
Microcontrast: 10
White Point: 0.06
Black Point: 0.04
Gamma: 1.00
Temperature: 1-2
Saturation Highlights: 0
Saturation Shadow: 0
Micro smoothing: 30
Others: 0
