Do anyone have any reviews on the condition of the rental dSLRs offered by Camera Rental/RentCamera@SG? They're located at 3rd floor of Peninsula Plaza
Currently into preliminary plans to rent a FF dSLR for an future vacation. I have checked around the rental stores and found this particular store's rates to be almost half of all others. In fact its the lowest quote I found so far for the duration I need. While tempting, Im wary of the usual rental caveats - high mileage, poor condition etc. Therefore appreciate advice from those who have rented from this store before.
Normal wear and tear is fine(paint chips/signs worn off/etc) but I do not want dents or broken buttons. They also do not mention if they clean their sets before collection.
Appreciate your first hand reviews.
PS: They have a facebook page but there's very few posts from users and the reviews seen are infrequent(i.e once every few months etc) which hint of active moderation.
