Cameraman/ Sound guy

Hi! I'm looking for a cameraman who has a good quality video camera (SD), DV based or file based, basic lights and a clip mic. I will need to shoot interviews in 1 location. Possibility of walking out on the street for cutaways. Can you give me daily rates and hourly rates? And what your equipment is? The video will be edited on FCP.
