The cheapest so far I've seen in SG is from Mr Chan who sells from his home. He's the authorized distributor if I'm not wrong.

I would recommend Pro because of the carrying handle. It's useful when your shoulder pain or you need to grab and go.
Pro definitely can put iPad, can even squeeze iPad in back zip compartment + Macbook Air 13" in the main compartment.
