If you don't mind coughing out a little more, go for Bllingham 225 very nice and versatile bag (I wanted to suggest 335 but seem like you are looking at something small), it will fix the gear comfortably, it beautiful and worth every penny; a real gem and keeper. I once was caught in the rain when touring a castle wall, to my surprise when I open up the bag later on when I get to a shelter and discovered that internal it is absolutely dry and the bag externally dry up very quickly too. The zipper opening can be tuck away for quick action. The bag is very well padded but don't look big, the design of the delta strap let you carry a long time without feeling shoulder ache.

(cannot carry laptop for this one)
