CJ National Day celebrations will be on Fri 6 August, before ND weekend. They will be followed by the Care Charity Walk '04. Should be in the morning. Are there any interested? Haven't heard anything from you alumni.

Ermm..
Schedule is currently unstable.. I'll keep you updated on this at a later date..
My timetable says Friday: 0800-1500 ->school.
I dunno if they have breaks on day before national holidays.

Meanwhile.. Is anyone else interested?
Upzz.... :rbounce: :gbounce:

hmm.... going for the CJC career day on August 4th. may take some snapshots then. :)

zaren & munn, since you both mentioned the careers day, can we meet up at CJ on that day?

Good meeting zaren & engineermunn at the Careers Day.

We thought it might be possible to hold an exhibition of CJ alumni photos. No particular theme in mind. All it will take is to submit some of your best prints. Interested?

yep...it was great meeting u and engineermunn at cjc.

sure, i'm interested in contributing some prints for the CJC alumni photo exhibition.

Yo!

Count me in! Sure I'm interested! ;)

yeah, all it takes is for the few interested alumni to submit perhaps 3-4 8R prints to D7T3. Then we perhaps set a date to 'launch' the exhibition.

BTW, was Lance (offstone) from CJC also?

Zaren told me about this yesterday and yup think it is a good idea. We could arrange for a day to submit/collect the photos and then decide on when's a good day to "launch" the exhibition. ;)

Upz for this thread..

The last I read (grammatic (sp?) error?)... There was talk about having an exhibition for CJC alumni photographers?

There are so many who posted here... I don't think I can PM everybody without eating into my studying time.. (it sucks that SP doesn't have celebrations such as National Day and Teachers' Day and what-have-they)

Anyway, please PM d7t3 or me if you're interested to contribute to this photo exhibition.
But I warn you.. I hardly can check my PM as often as I did in the past.
Darn those projects...

DOn't worry Poledra... you're on the right track.... this is only the beginning.
You'll get by when you inevitably learn the wonders of how to organise your time wisely.

And I doubt anyone else here have National Day celebrations, or Youth Day or Teacher's Day or what-have-you.....

cheers! ;)

How about making it in time for Teachers' Day celebrations? That's on Tue 31st Aug.

Maybe everyone interested can select up to 6 of their fave shots, no particular theme required.

If you can get your prints (5R to 8R/A4 size) to me by Tue 24th, I can get them mounted and put up in time. If you don't wish to post them or go down to CJ yourself, I can meet you at Toa Payoh, Bishan, Serangoon or AMK to collect them.

Don't mind my asking, but is there anyone here from graduating batch of 95?
I was from 2S6 class of 95.

Nizam

yup, two, check earlier posts

Upz...

Haha.. In the middle of computer class right now..
Imagine.. They teach you how to use email, word, excel blah blah........

Yes of course! You can also supply your CS nick if you want, to publicise CS. Plus any message you would like to pass on to your juniors currently in school
