Instead of bringing my camera out shooting at random subjects without a theme, i decided to try a different approach.
Having something in mind is definitely much more meaningful than walking around aimlessly..

Good advise. This was what I read in an interview with a street photographer (can't remember name)

He also advise newbies not to go wandering aimlessly, better to have a concept in mind before heading out

Earlier this year, I did a backpacking trip to Cambodia and Vietnam. While in Cambodia, I visited the Tuol Sleng genocide museum. Although I already knew some of the history behind the place, nothing could prepare me emotionally visiting the place in person. Here are some of the photos taken during my visit.
