Hello Clubsnap.
I am seeking an experienced professional wedding photographer for overseas pre Wedding photography in the Euro zone for photography between 21 Dec 2014 to 23 Dec 2014, for my clients.
Key requirements :
1. You have shot overseas in the Euro zone and preferably do not rely a lot on Photoshop or post production.
You are familiar with some scenic locations which typify this genre and are able to navigate to these locations from the designated hotel without difficulty.
2. You preferably have a Makeup Artist willing to bunk with you for hotel. If the case is otherwise, will be evaluated on case by case basis.
3. The photography and shooting period is 1 to 2 days (counted in terms of the local time at Euro zone location ).
Remuneration / Comp
1. This is a paid assignment of course . Kindly indicate in your tender proposal the fees required .
2. Airfare, hotel, eurozone transport is covered for you and MUA whether bunking separately or otherwise. If you have assistants do note that it will be factored into our side budget for this as well . (try not to bust budget )
3. Food is not covered.
Tender document requirements :
1. Your contact details
2. Best 3 photos you have from overseas pre wedding photography, preferably of the Euro zone. If your team has a MUA please include her best photos as well.
3. Suggestions for venues are very much welcome as we have to calculate airfare and hotels (do not include your estimate of airfare and hotels into your tender proposal ) . Indicate also if you have shot there before and how frequently .
4. Indicate the composition of the team you intend to bring if applicable (eg MUA, assistant etc ). If you have Euro based assistant please indicate that as well. The fees for your entire team should be included in your proposed price .
5. Indicate shooting iternary / schedule
Remarks / Caveat
1. your team only need provide the photo service in the duration specified. If your team wishes to prolong their stay, to take on other clients etc, you may do so at your own expense.
Your team will hence be also responsible for any top up for the return trip airfare over the two days 21-12-14 to 23/24-12-14 (covered by my client ) .
