Have some advice to warn Singaporeans about this Gym (My real life testimonial on California)

Probably will need some advices from understanding people here too.

But not too sure whether it is appropriate to discuss about it here. (Don't want to risk getting account voided or banned.)

Think I know what you're driving at, kinda real I think. Don't have to warn anybody, think most people know :)

Ah yes! I was a member of FN until I was 'relocated' far far away beyond Science Park.

Agree with Phildate - it's different and it's very personal. It's like.. your friendly neighborhood gym, and not the overly commercialised gym. Not too sure if it's the best though... but okay lah... one of the best. :bsmilie:

And I reckon the price is reasonable too.

Hi, INtested to know, can PM me your bad experience.

Cos i'm looking to sign up (not decided yet)

Quite interested to know also... please share your experience leh....
;)

used to be with cali too..

now im with the chevron's gym (its the specialist club of SAF)
really affordable rates(almost dirt cheap), friendly staff, great facilities.

but they need the machine tt lets u sit down and do ab exercises.

i recommend those staying in WEST SIDE to go that gym. hehe.

I'm a member of Fitness First KL (living and working in KL) and there are at least 6 different outlets all over KL. Good facilities and with a passport membership you can visit any outlet whichever is convenient for you. A very popular gym amongst young working adults, it is often packed during peak hours on week days.

In case you didn't know, FF is an international chain and you can obtain international pass book should you be visiting the gym say in Australia or in the UK. I've not checked out the one in Singapore but if it's anything like the ones in KL, I'd say you pretty much have a good environment for a great workout.

I'm sticking with the $2.50 public gyms.
