Buying Nikon D200

Full frame? Possible, I guess.

Nikon may consider a full frame to cater to Nikon users who have lots of lenses from 35mm days. I dunno about the costs of such a camera though.....the sensor may make it prohibitively expensive.

Personally, I don't have a problem using the current CCD format for Nikon. Lots of wide angle lenses out there nowadays.

Haha, of course I will not be playing the waiting game... Juz that since it's juz few months away, might as well wait. In the meantime can keep saving mah. Will wait until Sep... If no news of nothing better shows up, at least got abit more $$$ to get better accessories / lenses.

Considered D80 but too bad it uses SD card instead of Compact Flash leh. That's the only thing turning me off. Now using Nikon S6. Sold off my Sony DSC 707 liao.

Don't go into a waiting game, it will never end, just get what you need and forget about the new model. Try to use all the features on you existing camera, and tell yourself, have you done using all yet. If not no point getting another new model just because it is new... just a though. :think:

If you don't know what you want, waiting game works best.

Actually now D200 price really dropped alot le. Bought mine for 2210 last week. Then just now I saw the BnS forum got someone selling at 1900 BNP.

Really gotta wait quite a while for D300 or D200s to become available. Not like it'll be out by 1st quarter 07..

It's a good cam. Buy liao sure no regret!

Is there any deciding feature that the D200 has over the D80?
