Buying from Amazon via Vpost experience

Just wanted to share my experience on buying things from Vpost.

I have done 3 purchases in the last 6 months, overall good experience as the delivery from the merchants were generally fast and reaching the Vpost USA address usually in less than a week.

Just remember at point of purchase, to ask the merchant to pack the items into smallest box possible, as Vpost charges via volume or weight whichever is higher. You can see the details on their website.

I have purchased camera, electronic goods and accessories with good results. Goods generally arrived in well packed conditions.

Recently I got a wrong item. Merchant was very fast to provide me a return UPS label and even sent the replacement item reaching Vpost USA before I even replied their emails!
However, I have been waiting for Vpost Singapore on how to send the item back to Vpost USA so that UPS can pick up the return item and send it back to merchant. I may have to bear the cost of sending it back to Vpost USA.
Anyone has experience on returning items via Vpost? This is my personal experience and on the whole it has been satisfactory.

Agreed. After all, we have about 50 threads on ordering via vpost, etc already, but your question is specifically about returning items.

Rather than waiting, have you tried calling them?

Thanks guys, sorry for the confusion. Just wanted to share my experience and at the same time ask the question on returning items. I have sent email request to them and pending their replies but also hoping anyone with similar experience can share as well. Thanks.

I use borderlinx.

I think for return merchandise is send direct to seller, but with VPost (my case is Borderlinx) return address.

The best thing you can do is call vpost to find out. Only they can provide you a solution.

Recently I purchase an item from B&H, when it arrive comgateway, the cost of shipping the item to SG is too expensive, I contact comgateway and they suggest to return this item, so I contact B&H to arrange for returning, and it went well, I happy with both of their services tho I have paid the cost of return shipment.
