I believe the above-mentioned incident concerns only the two sole parties directly involved in the sale and purchase of the item. It is highly ill advised that verbal battery is not going to do any good in resolving the situation at hand. It is much too soon to even speculate that both parties even start to contemplate on the idea of filing a legal suit against each other.

This is not the time for friends or classmates of both parties to start mouthing off their two cents worth theories and speculations about how the entire deal was conducted. I would appreciate that the parties responsible would work this out amongst themselves without turning this forum into two camps, with members of the forum rooting for either "Joshuafong" or "Kadir".

nathan, while Wolfgang has already requested twice for you to leave this issue to the 2 parties involved, and since you don't seem to pay any attention to it, I shall put it more crudely:

Stay out of this, what do you have to gain from creating a soap opera out of this?
