You won't get much better deals.. Adobe controls the prices. Define your usage model and do some Maths, for some the subscriptions works better, for others the one-time purchase does it.

other way is to buy from US and ship it in. Currently, there are some LR5 + printer bundles for US$99.
BUT, shipping printer here == high shipping charges since the volumetric weight is gonna skyrocket the price.

I'm using this one and very happy with it. Installed on both my wife and my laptops. Paying one subscription only. Low startup cost for two computers yet get latest versions for two different software.
