I am organizing another activity. The Chingay Parade Shoot Out!

I must say.. THIS IS THE 1ST TIME I AM SHOOTING CHIN GAY!

I will be there on the 2 evenings in hope to capture the following (no guarantee though)

1. Preparation and forming up.
2. Candid moments
3, Lights & Colours
4. Action through the use of flash

Some things to bring...???!?!?

- WATER WATER WATER!!!
- Wide (10~35mm) and Long Lens (70~300, 400, 500!!!)
- Creative lenses/ filters... (Lensbaby, Fisheye, starburts, frost.. e.t.c)
- FLASH w/ LOTS OF BATTERIES!

I recommend light gear.. might need to move a lot.. and no time to change lens...

5:30~6 pm meet up at City Hall MRT Area
Walk to St Andrew's Road ... Form up area.... and preparation.
There after.. RUN to AREA 2 & Area 3 Performance Area at PADANG (Esplanade Park) and shoot performance.

heyy..just a question for fellow BPSers.. how far r u willing2travel or do for a photoshoot?? cux i've been hijacking alot of ppl's threads2find interesting locations2shoot..&spore has quite alot of places we can actually shoot..if adventurous,got even more..RIGHT, SINGACONNECT??:bsmilie: &any ideas how we can e other ppl2join us4our outings?? we have 40+++ "members" in this grp..but our outings hav nv passed a 2digit attendance..:bigeyes: wld like to see more outings where most of us can gather&just shoot or TCSS.. i'd propose having sms alerts sent to exsisting&future members??cux not every1 logs on often..:think: any more ideas??

How far ar... I think on one occasion, we already went to Changi Beach / Old Changi Hospital liaoz... For me, I'm willing to go even further if transport (public included) is properly planned. Number of people going isnt really an issue as well. There's pros and cons having big or small group.

Andrew is going for the Chingay this weekend, unfortunately, both the dates clash with my school. Thus, I will have to pass this time.

sms alerts quite troublesome. Usually only the regulars join the outing...try to organise outing more regular mth lor...i believe after a while more will join us

u may want to indicate the shooting venue, rate and min shooters so that we can plan :dunno:
