Yes, you are right, i used UWA lens (Carl Zeiss Vario-Sonnar T* 16-35mm F2.8 ZA SSM) and my position (when took this photo) was sitting on the ground with lying my back almost 45 degree, i put the lens near the lamp pole (with position up / toward to the sky).
