Buildings & Scenes in Singapore [2]

Bro the style of all your photography is wonderful and seemed very constant. Does most of your photo uses ND filter half color 4? If I were to purchase the filter is come with 1 filter itself or take for instance 6 in one? Thanks for the advices:)

You are most welcome, cheer :)

Yes, you are right. Most of the photos i took them using ND Gradual / half color 4 because most of them facing directly to the sun (sun was inside the frame which mean i need to reduce much more of the sky brightness).
The way to make most of photos look constant is using M (Manual Mode) so it will keep the same exposure. Usually i will go with ISO 100, F(aperture) 8 until 11 (depent on the sunlight brightness) and Speed is 1/100 s until 1/160 s and DRO (Dynamic Range Optimizer) +1
Cokin ND Gradual 4 (the serial number is P.121 M) will make your exposure 2 Stop lower.
There are 3 most common ND Gradual filter for landscape which are 1 stop, 2 stop and 3 stop.
you can check the link below for photo sample using ND Gradual for 1 stop (image 7), 2 stop (image 8) and 3 stop (image 7). this website also give information about ND Gradual Filter and how to use it.
The effect of each filter is subjective, so it really depend on what you really want to use it for and what you want to achive. For example, if you want to shot direct to the sun rise / sun set (with sun inside the frame) you will need higher stop for ND filter compare to shot without facing the sun (sun isn't inside the frame) and also depen how you like the sky brightness to be turned down wheter is less or more. For my personal feeling, ND Gradual 4 will be suitable for landscape photos with sun inside the frame (which might be different with other person feeling)
Achieve Beautiful Landscape Photos with a Neutral Density Filter

when i purchased the filter, it came only 1 filter itself. You also can discuss/ ask with the sales person about the filter so you will have enough information that you need about the filter(s) that they sell. Hopefully you can get the most suitable filter(s) and happy shooting too :)
