Budget Outdoor Led Lights

Hi anyone know where to purchase a light similar to this:

Budget is less then 800. I need an outdoor decent powered source that can light a decently large area with coverage of at least a full body for about 3-5 hours. It has to be dimmable as I hope to capture part of the background together. As I am using a 5D mk2 to film, the light do not need to be very powerful but must be able to cover a good area evenly. Im open to any suggestion so do reply. Thanks!

Check with Camwerkz. They have a couple of portable units (Brut?) for rent that might be a match.

why not get worklights that work from car batteries?

some have a power variable switch to control the brightness.
