Bright pixel on handphone LCD - eligible for exchange?

Got a Nokia 3230 recently and just discovered there's a bright pixel. anyone encountered this before? is the phone eligible for exchange at Nokia service centre?

I must have gone through about 10 Nokias and none gave me problems except for the 6610 I bought in Melbourne. It has an orange line at one side of the LCD from top down. 1 to 1 exchange with an apology, no problem for me.

thanks guys. I'll go and check out with nokia. it was a blue hot pixel near the bottom that turns up only when the screen is totally black, so it didn't turn up during the purchase time (which didn't have any application that has a fully black screen).

bring back to the place and DEMAND a 1 to 1.. if within 7 days..

encounted this b4.. they will push and plat tai ji..

and they will say they dun have this policy anymore.. but they HAVE..

must INSIST...
