Master!!!No...still learning. People who uses S5 should know why this camera is good although processing is slow.

may i know why is the S5 pro good, although i read from Dpreview that the S5 pro is not very highly aclaimed. if you tell me its as good as a D300, i will sure get your second hand unit or get a new one. still cheaper than D300, although i know it is based on D200,

can't compare S5 to D300 is a diff game at all....
colors and dynamic ,,,stuff like dat ..i use S5 for events sometimes ,,,never on sports,
for skin tone many love it , u still can achieve with other camera ...from my point of view only

S5 wins D300 in DR and color/AWB only.
Other than that, D300 wins in everything else like noise, speed, larger LCD.
Diff camera catering to different market IMO.

JoeJerry, I just called that shop at Bukit Panjang plaza...they told me they have sold the last unit of S5 pro. They tell me it is out of production so may be difficult to find a brand new unit....you can try your luck at other FujiFilm stores...good luck!

i think s5pro noise better then D300 for details.
yeah DR, color & AWB is really the best in the market. i dare say surpass the D700 even!
other than that. AF speed etc etc its losses out!
