anyone has this? how does it feel when put on?

I don't own this, but got CP e-quote today: $130 [currently no stock]

hahah I got a equote long long time ago and I got $125! funny eh? Even their equotes aren't consistent, really makes you wonder how much a profit margin they are playing around with to give such varying prices?

Juv, you thinking of getting bp200 too?

I've been thinking of getting loads of stuff - flash, tripod, cable release, batt pack

can't buy all at one shot, but may as well check out prices, ya? =)

you wanna switch to batt pack? I'm thinking $130 can buy me a at least 10 pairs of lithium batt

does the batt pack make the camera very much heavier?

isn't the BP200 a Canon product. Then why Minolta forum? ;p

hehe... coincidently, the battery pack of the Canon EOS 300 is also the BP-200.

Ninja: does the strap come with the battery pack? And does the weight give it more stability? and is the battery pack ergonomic when it's on?

why not put a ring or some loop around the shared camera strap hole, which is in turn big enough to put both the hand strap and shoulder strap on it?

and how long does your rechargable batts last? I've always wondered about whether it was worth it. cuz if they last shorter than lithium batts, then must charge all time, so electricity plus initial costs of buying batts and charger, plus after a while must get new rechargable batts, and in this case plus battery pack, so all add up I think can buy many many lithium batts? that's why my flash I still haven't switched to rechargable yet.

Anyone interested to buy it, I"m thinking maybe we can get better price if we buy a few from the same shop?

thanx juv, but too late, I bought it last sat oredi!

So Darr....

You actually got it..on Saturday.......where??

regards,
me

Hi Sulhan, was contemplating DIY-ing, but realised the difficulties in making one that is strong enuff to withstand the twisting moment when the camera is mounted on tripod, so no choice bought. went back to the same shop, asked another guy (the plump one and he served me so much better, didn't just dump the box in front of me and go back to reading newspapers like the other guy. and he quoted me a bit cheaper too, so much for "lowest already!" so I bought happily! how'z your BG shoot?

he quoted me a bit cheaper too

hi hoppinghippo

cheaper than the e-quote?

which shop didja get it at? CP?

;p

quite useful

juv: no lah, cuz I went to foto~ where I met sulhan, didn't buy thru equote cuz equote was more ex!
