Hi

I bought a camera at Courts yesterday and found out that the charger is not working.
I will call Courts today to see if they can give me a new charger.

I am afraid that Courts may ask me to get it from the Agent which is very troublesome and time consuming. What do you guys think?

Do they have a 7 days exhange or refund?

Yes, they do.

Exchange within 7 days (from date of delivery)
If you don’t love it, don’t keep it. Bring it back within 7 days in the same condition (box, packing, accessories, warranties, instruction and purchase receipt) and we will exchange it for you. Of course, software must be returned unopened.

Thanks for the reply, I also found out that they do refund too...

Anyway, they replaced a new charger for me plus pasted a LCD protector on my cam for free.

Furthermore, offerred to paste on my D40 also which i didnt buy from them!

i quite impress with their after sales recently. brought lcd tv found one stuck pixel and they come and change a new one no question ask. I use to boycott courts one. hahahaha

The IT and Camera dept sales people are quite okay. Altho not all know their stuff well, they will always try to help. I bought a notebook 2 years ago and the thing went dead after 3 days. Got an immediate new set as replacement. The thing went dead just 2 weeks before end of warranty... sent back to NEC even tho I lost my receipt. They were as frustrated when the thing did not come back after 2 months. They were about to replace it with a new set. Made a mistake of not being able to come down earlier cos the set came back, motherboard replaced and additional 6 months warranty!
