Oooo that's some good shots indeed.

Infectious visual poison, perhaps?

Leica Summilux M mount 50mm f/1.4 ASPH

Not the bokehlicious I was hoping from Lux-80 but the lens resolution is great paired with A7r. And I like how this old lens renders compare to newer Lux-M 75

Nice series of shots around Clarke Quay. Nice colors & contrasts from Lux 80.

Ooh,better not. The old ticker may not stand up to the visual stimulant..;)

I find your pics has some resemblance of negative colors & textures, it doesn't looks like polished clean digital files. Nice files btw ,:thumbsup::thumbsup:

my photos not polished clean digital files ah? :what:

Minolta MC Rokkor 58mm f/1.2 on Sony A7

This one looks sharp & clean. The ones shot with Rei Rei looks film like. All also nice shots.

Haha... probably d film like rendering comes from the Leica lens and this Minolta MC Rokkor lens when closed up gives a cleaner look... :bsmilie:

I was wondering when will I see bokeh shots from this lens hehehe... Mine's on the way!!!!

Nice shots sir! I suppose these are all shot wide open?? And what's the camera you partnered with the lens if you dont mind me asking??

Cheers!

Edit: Nvm, I clicked through your album in Flickr, it's A7. I wondered how will the lens perform with coupled with X-T1 hehehe...

Hi Ahblack,

Thanks. Anyway, it was shot using A7. Not super sharp at wide open. CA is quite bad at F1.4 especially against high contrast. Not bad for portrait though. As you can see, the bokeh is a little harsh. But for its value, its value for money lens.
