...and in fact, to my experience of Food-tastings..., a lot of food that previously used Lard:sweat: to cook/etc, were really tasting Yummy-Great...if ones' able to recalled the tastes as well as fragrance compared to the use of today's cooking oils, rather diff...hmm...but hardly nowadays as quite a handful of health knowledge on using Lard for cooking is freaking BAD:thumbsd:...!!!
