update:
just gave panasonic a call since its hari raya soon, and i'd like my lens back.
was told by the CSO that delivery takes 4-6 weeks, and the technician saying i could have it back by 3 weeks by hari raya shouldnt have happened.
does panasonic use overland or ship delivery for their parts that it takes 4-6 weeks for it to arrive from wherever its made?
cso said that she'd check with the technician, to see if it can be fixed faster. wth. i have half a mind to just take my lens back from them without repair. urgh.
i guess panasonic is still a corporation with interests in everywhere, and their camera division is just a slice of the pie.
