Blizzard Starcraft 2 Fans Thread!

There are two options in the 2nd last mission :
- Belly of the Beast (destroy the cave to eliminate Nydus Worm in the Final mission)
- Shatter the Sky (destroy the flyer base to eliminate the flyer in the Final mission)

I chose Shatter the Sky, as I feel easier for me to defeat the Queen of Blades if I overwhelmed their Sky.
And that's what happened, I created big armada of Battlecruiser and kill Kerrigan so many times with the Yamato Guns

After finished, I replay again with Belly of the Beast. Quite fun.
But not sure how could you finish the Final if the Zerg attack you from both Air and Ground :sweat:

Anyone chose Belly of the Beast, and able to finish the Final mission ?

if u do belly of the beast got no ground attacking.

I know that if you chose Belly of the Beast mision, Nydus Worm won't appear.
But really no ground attacked at all ?
The final mission would be much much easier mah.

Just put tons of turrets, those flyer would cry due to their miserable fate

Anyone know what's the effective way to kill the Queens of Blades ?

She has 2 special attacks:
- using "storm" that will damage a group of vehicle in one shot
- throw a vehicle upside down and explode

How to effectively kill her in Hard/Brutal difficulty ?

Her 2 special attacks easily destroy my tanks in pieces. :think:

Look like I need to change my strategy, as in Hard difficulty she has more blood and use her special attack more frequently. Any advice ? :think:

I have not tried the campaign yet but i like to play in BattleNet.. but always lose coz i'm still getting used to it.. i'm not as fast as i used to be (it was more than 10 years ago)..

i have not played it on hard and brutal...but a lot of my more seasoned frens...mass battlecruiser and yamato her to oblivion.

Good idea, previously I used battlecruiser too with Yamato.

But I have poisoned by other people using siege tanks, and it's too easy too be destroyed.

I also got the game in the first day, but it's only standard edition.

I think the collector edition with the book was not sold in Sg during the first selling day ?

So he should directly import from overseas ? :think:

the way i finish it is by blocking the main entrance with supply depot, tower defense style...place it so that they have only one small opening to come in..and right smack on their path a psi disruptor and build lots of those flame turret..few siege tanks and thor ....thor on the high cliff...they work really well sniping from high ground. build few of those banshee if not mistaken..the one can clock and attack ground only. if nydus worm come out. rally point them to kill it off. for nydus worm threat...i usually hire mecenary and set them on patrol on a short distance..battlecruiser for kerrigan threat. then buy twisties and enjoy the show.

I put the siege tank on the entrance. :sweat:
This is still working on Normal, but not working anymore on Hard, as Kerrigan is more aggressive in Hard level.

So go back to my old tactic, send battlecruiser to deal with Kerrigan.

What is psi disruptor and twisties ?
I don't think remember that units.

psi disruptor is the research u can do in the lab....it slows down zerg unit...twisties is a snack....i was joking...what i mean is that...with that defence that i put up...i can buy a pack if twisties snack and basically wait 4 the game to finish
