Birds in Singapore

wow, the fantastic terns..., someone chased them to fly to you :dunno::bsmilie:

Ha ha...pure luck also.. get a good spot with camera settings up to speed using dx mood on the D800 coz all 51 focus points will cover much of the frame, find the object from far to start focusing after that just hit the shutter and pray hard.Just need to capture many many images.:)

No need to tie the legs like some morons did even for static ground shots:thumbsd::thumbsd:

Totally agree. I was thinking after return home from overseas will visit again as my first visit was at noon totally washed out light and no birds, but now I am not keen to go there anymore.

High noon sun:sweat: is good for super fast shutter speed of 1/4000-5000. per sec. and smaller aperture to freeze the action (at closer proximity).Do something to the washed-out sky while PP-ing...:)

Gread shots of this OPB David. The first two seems to have magenta color cast?

Great shot and good news, CKF is back:D

Loving the details on the last two pics!

Another Common kingfisher @ SBTB this one a bit messy.
