I think he quoted low on purpose. S$210 is way too low. Probably hoping you don't buy from other stores, and wait for his stock to come.

Hi Guys, I`m not sure if the pkchan you all mentioned is at BenPhoto. I have emailed them that I would like to buy a Billingham hadley large and stated black. Got a replied from them with the pricing and said that I can go down to look for them. When I reach there, the person that quoted me is not there but his colleague (an uncle) serve me. I told them that I wanted the full black but he told me currently no stock got to wait till tomorrow. Then he ask me to pay the deposit first before he can reserve for me. After I have paid the deposit of $100, he just give me a receipt without asking me for any details. I have even ask him if he needed me to leave my name, but he say no need.
After that he ask me to wait for awhile while making a call to check the stock for full black. To my surprise he told me the full black will only have stock in Jan 2013. Just moment ago say tomorrow , after phone call say Jan 2013 (the best part is he already collected my deposit). I told him that I do not wish to wait till Jan and ask if can refund me the deposit. Luckily, they refunded me. Why can't they confirm the stock before asking me to pay the deposit.
Later I got it from K-13 at around $50 cheaper than what BenPhoto quoted me, which BenPhoto say is limited time only. I saw some of the CS members warn about that shop but I have checked the bag, it comes with the guarantee card which has a serial number same as what is sow on the inner pocket of the billingham bag with the founder's signature. The guy at K-13 is also friendly as he show me the difference between FibreNyte and canvas material billingham bag. Touch the bag here and there also no problem, even saw his family with kid inside the shop too.
Do not judge what people say online. Make a trip down to K-13 yourself to see the bag personally, if you feel its fake you have the choice not to buy.
