Google Video pixelates the video. Try uploading to multiply.com instead although its slow.

I have to further compress it in order to post it in multiply because of the 100 M limit set by multiply.

I will try to post the contest final in multiply too.

You can also split your video into 100MB chunks without further compression. That way video quality is preserved but you will have Part 1, Part 2, etc...
