If you would have ask nicely i don't mind refunding cause i bet SC 17k at 800bucks for a 50D there're still buyers wanting out there.

if there good reasons and solid proof to show that some one has clone accts, just use the report bad post function so dat the admins can take action. otherwise do refrain fm name calling.the policy in CS has always been buyer beware. it is beyond the capabilities of the admins to police every single transaction.

To me I also buy and sell here. As a seller it is your duty to state all condition of the item you selling both physical and working condition. If you're the owner of the items you selling you must know that battery life has a problem or the charger has a problem you should not wait and keep quiet and let the buyer ask you... To me that's cheating already. Now if the unit is not yours then should be ok but also as a responsible seller you should provide some sort of few days warranty like in this case battery issue this should be settled by the seller ASAP. SC and few minor scratch shouldn't be an issue...

As a buyer ensure you asked everything before meeting up e.g. Working condition and physical condition and never ever as much as possible transact verbally, you should have SMS or PM so you will have black and white when things start to go south. Also ensure before dealing that if any issue found that the seller will be contacted. Basically try to cover your ass I am not saying all sellers are bad but there are few who really is a bit naughty and a bit not honest.

Bottom line of this issue the seller should do something about the battery it's not cheap to get bnew original battery and battery is a crucial part of the camera functionality your cam without it your cam is vegetable.

I see. Hmm. Not very responsible. Just don't buy things from jack from now on. It is more likely that you will run into trouble. Also, I think multiple account holders are obviously trying to do sth fishy.
