I'd say BigBelly and Eastgear rocks the best, fast 1-1 exchange, cheap prices and they are always responsive and responsible.

Btw, I hope this list won't be used to take advantage of the better sellers. I believe that in CS, there are a lot more sincere sellers/buyers and matured ones, as compared to HWZ's Garage corner.

He was punctual, quick to respond to my requests on PM and SMS alike. Even though someone last minute quoted him a reserve price which was marginally higher than mine, he declared the equipment was reserved already. High integrity, honest opinions about the problems he had with the product. Although quite a quiet fella... I wanted to chat a little longer with him. He made it seem it was all business only, friend-making another day... On the whole.. it was great!

Since eveyone is mentioning white sheeps i muz mention great guys too.
Sadness and cheesecake.
I recently purchased a 75-300mm lens from them.
I'm a student and took time to arrange for the money to purchase the lens . These guys were very patient and always responded nicely when i couldnt get the lens on the specified date and delayed the deal several times. Sadness gave a good description of what filters i would need as a beginner.
