I am currently looking for a new DSLR (70d) ,where would be the best shop,pricing wise.

Pick up the phone and start calling. or start walking and asking for prices.

A shop I might have had a good buying experience at may be the opposite for another. so the best way to be sure is to go find out for yourself.

it is your responsibility to do homework before you shop, don't expect the shopkeepers to give you a best deal straight away, as if you like have dump many Ks into their shop over the years, they hardly know you, just remember this.

So if you don't like to compare price here and there, than just go to TK foto, a fixed price shop.

No such thing as best shop.

Many ppl used to swear by John 316 for best shop with best price and best service for canon.

They liked to call every male customer "Bro here, bro there" and talk alot.

Now? Shop closed down and pretend to forget the customers........

So, lesson learned is nothing is forever. No shop is best or will be the best forever.

Do yr homework and don't be blindly loyal to any shop. The best shop is the one that give the price u can afford.

Go to TK foto i have been there for most of my purchases even for smaller items. Got to know the staff there pain free experience.

Visit Cathay Photo after you have done your homework with Cash ready in hand to Buy.

They will match the best price you have been given and often do better

Invariably telephone inquirers get the usual RRP price until you become a loyal and
Regular customer

They carry a very broad range of gear and reputed to be able to Sell to you on the First Day a New
Product becomes available

Been with them 35 years now ... Never fail in Service Reliability

The best shops are always those that you feel most confident and comfortable dealing with. They may not necessary be the cheapest, but always ready to assist in time of issues. Different people have got different favourites, so, it is only back to your call!

I bought something from Alan Photo last weekend. Also good experience.

I usually buy from Alan foto, look for Kuna....no pressure...
can try MS color at AMK, the female boss Florence gives good service.

just compare the pricing between these few shops .
