Best place to print photos?

Hi all, where is a good place to print photos? Tried printing at No1 Color Centre at Clementi cus its cheap like 25cents for 4R. But apparently, they tweaked with my contrast so the photos turned out pretty bad. Can someone recommend a good place to print photos where its affordable and professional too?

Why not go to Grace Digital Lab at Sunset Way? Just a stone throw away from Clementi.

KT at Hong Lim was pretty good. Price quite ex tho.
