best place to buy photoshop CS

ok: where can I get the best bargain on photoshop cs (online retailers considered if they accept sg Credit cards).

I'm eyeing for the native RAW conversion..heh

Bought my Photoshop CS Upgrade for $315 at Pic & Pixel today. They said that the price at the coming launch on 12 Nov 03 will be $349. Upgrades can redeem for a Mini FM radio with calendar function.

Actually, I thought that $300 for THIS software is very good value for money

$300 is only the upgrade - there is NO license given with the upgrade. Ie if you don't have an original PS license, the $300 is still illegal. Original (full license) is about $1k.

i've looked around a bit, Photoshop CS lowest at simlim is about $10xx, while the premium suite is about $2.2k.

Does anyone know where i can get better prices for these two items, off the shelf? i'm not eligible for upgrade or education version. Thanx.
