btw, recently Nikon change the T&C for NPS members, they classified D(three digit) as pro use cameras, members need to own at least two pro bodies and three Nikon lenses..
I think the T&C is as follow:
members need to own at least two pro bodies OR three Nikon lenses..

That what I expected also.
I can't really remember the order the models are released.
But after I got my F80, I don't look at other camera liao. Just busy looking thru view finder and taking photos ;). Also scare kanna poison again then BBB virus attack.
So I am stuck in my world where F80  still then best consumer nikon SLR for flim era.... haa haa
And when I start looking again is D70 liao.....

Anyway, If I recall correctly, F90 and above are target at the Pro one leh.
While F60-F80 is Semi-Pro
and F50-F55 is Entry Level....
Beg to differ - F60 is a bare-bones cam, I used it before. Even the (newer) F55 had more features and better handling.

Hmmm, now that you pointed it out, I think I really mis-read the T&C....
Thanks for highlighting this to me. ;p
Always thought is point 1 and either point 2 or 3. haa haa :bsmilie:
Wonder why they don't place a AND between point 2 & 3 like what they done for Point 1 & 2.
:dunno:

hmm. interesting....
My friend back then use to own a F55 or F50, anyway I remember that camera can't even use External Flash in TTL mode. It only had 1 contact point to fire the flash.
Somemore the lens mounting is plastic one.
And F60 if I remember correctly can do Flash in TTL mode and the build is much better the F50 or F55.
Anyway, I never use both camera and you being the user should know better. :P
