Best NiCd batteries?

Anyone knows what's the brand of the best NiCd batteries? Not NiMh...but NiCd. Any web review/test on this? Available in Singapore? How much?

highest I saw was 1000mAH from Panasonic.

why NiCD? they have pretty bad memory effects.

In F4s camera, only Alkaline and NiCd is recommended. NiMh might do harm to the camera...thus dare not to try.

I have a charger that has the discharge feature, thus should be able to clean the battery up to reduce memory effect.
