Best iphone camera app?

I'm using camera+ now. Not too bad but could be better.
Anyone used any app that could control shutter or iso? The filters are really secondary.
There are already tons of free apps doing filter processing to images. Its the process of taking a nice sharp, or blur, pic that matters to me now.

sharp image must have enough light and keep camera still, if not will have camera shake
a little sharpening from either photoshop express or snapseed

there is an app that allows you to use slow shutter to capture motion, cannot remember the name

Camera+ is good. I also use 'FrameX Frame' by Joby Gorilla mobile.
I don't think apple has given API access to app developers to control shutter speed etc. so you can't expect any app with that capabilities!

I use Snapseed and I love it so far. the "Selective Adjust" feature is cool! check out the tutorial in here --> SNAPSEED: BEFORE and AFTER
