Best bag for walk around?

I am using Lowepro Inverse 200 and it works great.

It's my main bag for outdoor shoot. Generally carry a900+70-200 and A850+24-70 in the main compartment and accessories on the little pouches on the side.

As far as the weight distribution, it is great to have the waist support as well as the shoulder strap which make change of the lenses pretty simple.

It's so far one of the nicest bag I have used so far for limited gear and walking around for quick access.

I bought it off someone in CS and I think I paid just $65 or so for it.

Regards,

Hart

I fully agree with Agetan. I use an Inverse 200 when I was in Taiwan a couple of months ago, carrying a Sony A850 with a 24-70mm f/2.8 and another 17-35mm & a small flash inside. I also had a compact camera with a wide angle lens in it as well. That's a really good bag to carry and walk around.

I also use a LowePro S&F TopLoad 75AW with 2 Lens Case 4S on the side slung with a Deluxe Waist Belt and the shoulder strap. But I only use that when I am carrying 3 f/2.8 lenses and a big flash and I need to switch lenses quite often. It's a pity that the new S&F TopLoaders only come with one side strap for lens cases.

I just bought lowepro passport sling from TK yesterday.

Available at $55 in 3 different color. Good bag

crumpler from 3M to 5M would be nice, small enough like those normal sling bags and doesnt really look like cam bag also.

wat abt zkin?

tis HK brand i find it not bad looking :D

im using a digicase sling bag. bought $39.00 at mustafa..

its not branded.. but it does the job well as i can store the following into it.

a330 body+kit lens attached
a500 body
sigma 70-300 lens
olympus point and shoot fe 230
the battery chargers for all the 3 cams
2 filters with boxes
and all the power cords i would need to charge and transfer files from cam to pc in the outside pouch.

previously before the above, i only use a normal backpack which made my 18-55kit lens externally looking worn out.

Looks nice but I think most prefer something less boxy and won't let people know at first sight it's a camera bag.

Try the Billingham Hadley series. Good compact and not 'obvious' bag that I've been using for years.

where to buy billingham hadley series in SG?

Mate, any pics for this bag? sounds small and reasonable for a camera bag:thumbsup:... yet you can put in a lot of items. How is the cushion?:)

if you compare it to my normal backpack that i used before, its more safer due to the all-round cushion. the top compartment can only fit a dslr body (my a500), while the main compartment stores my a330+kit lens, all the chargers and the zoom. i have almost completely removed all the cushioned dividers to be able to maximize the space inside which can still accomodate at least a 50mm prime. there is an internal pouch which can accomodate all the memory cards and an additional compact point and shoot.

like i said, it not really nice looking but it serves my purpose very well. do take note that i have very limited room for additional upgrade/accessories (e.g. grip and all). i do bring this with me to work since i dont have a dry cabinet/box at home. and use these equipments on a daily basis. my only gripe.. being in my early 40s and with a sling bag, it enhances my bulging tummy.

I can fit my 500D w/18-200 or 90 macro. w/ grip you can adjust the box compartment inside the bag that has velcro. Check this Lowepro link for the alternate view of the bag and see #8 for the box compartment.

Hi all senior bro here, I am looking for a bag for walkaround and thinking of the lowepro inverse 200. My thoughts is he bag need to be small but versatile. Maybe like a waist poach is good.

Any bro can share your experience?

Thanks

I have few bags like Kata 3N1-22 nice small but a big thick specially when you're carry the tripod via tripod holder. I also have also crumpler 7MDH I find not too small not to big also and free lowepro 140 by Sony these 3 are my walk-about bags. But your bag seems interesting :)
