OMG... That's a huge collection there. Can sell me an Elmar? :D

that looks like an abstract piece from the Singapore Art Museum titled, "My Home, My Singapore"... complete with inland water bodies, and the southern islands...

that's a lot of lenses!!

but yes, let's get back to the topic at hand... so among these lenses, which is your favourite 35mm lens and why?

Chrome bokeh king for its size. Chrome CV35mmf1.2 for its speed. Lux35Asph(V1) for its rendition.

When going to your place ah?

We use your lense to play Reversi

Currently my fave is the only 35mm I have. Canon 35mm F2.

Small, light, compact.

I like the Zeiss 35mm F2 Biogon but the size is such a turn off.

not reversi, goe (aka "weiqi" or "baduk")!!

i like the the various summicon copies for film - v4, hexanon UC and the canon. all small and compact.

but more often than not, i'd use the lux asph v1... cost me an arm, a leg, and my left kidney back then. now got v2... sigh.

I think worth mentioning that 35 cron 6 elements is a good choice, bearing in mind it is alot cheaper than 8 element and 7 element. The difference is very very slight and evident only when pixel peeping.

LOL...What Gommy's photo trying to express is that...there is no "best" 35mm RF lens...all are good lens and each lens has its own character (after his years of research and hands on experience)...you need to defined what you mean by "best" (or want)... our master of poison  can then "prescribe" a lens "recipe" to suit your need...:bsmilie:

You will have a serious problem even if you break into his house... even his wife doesn't know where he hides all these lenses!

shhhhh..... Don't spoil it, Chi Fei!

Agree, as for 35mm Leica, I have 35/3.5, 35/2.8, 35/2. They are all different and no one can replace another.
