Actually i am pretty curious as in - normally slow cook the food color will not be so vibrant after cooking .... for some time. So your pic her really Woah me on the color ....
How did u manage to maintain the color of the ingredients or you did re-position the individual ingredients nicer for photo shoot!

Umm.. i think it's the ingredients. The colours maintained even though i slow cooked them for 5 hours. Certain food colours don't fade..

Oh, i didn't really re-position the ingredients .. except to add the green into it. I cooked way too much you see.. so once i scooped, everything was inside! But yes, certain dishes, must re-position them
